Paperwork is due please work on getting your paper work in
Paper work is available on the forms page (Uniforms will be ordered on May 2nd any paper work not received will be assigned a number)

1) Once you have been invited you to have 5 days to respond via email.
2) Acceptance is an email saying yes I will play and your name to star@themanuelfund.org
3) Players will need a sponsorship
   A) Sponsorship is $150.00
   B) Checks should be made payable to the manuel fund and must be cashiers
check or money
               Credit Cards



               If you pay with a credit card we will contact you via email for who you are
               sponsoring and sponsor info within one day
                C) You will receive 6 game tickets a jersey and a t-shirt
                D) No player will be turned away for lack of sponsorship any player that is
              unable to find a sponsor we will find one for you
         E) Players without sponsors will receive two complimentary tickets to the game
4) Consult your parents and any college you may be attending before accepting this invite

Copy pictures of paperwork by right clicking image and saving the image as a picture on your computer. You can then print the image off of your computer.
